Ayurvedic nutritional consultations help you understand your body type and its correlated strengths and weaknesses. You will discover why some things happen in body-mind the way they happen, why you have some strange reactions at some triggers, how your abilities can become super-powers and, the most important of all, what you can do to stay in a balanced harmony. Consultations not only provide you important information about yourself, but also tools and easy means and ways to regain your balance.
The consultation (2 sessions of 90 minutes each, with a 2 weeks gap in-between) will allow for a thorough assessment. A follow-up session may be required, based on your needs. The Consultation takes place either as personal meeting or via Skype / Zoom, so we can connect wherever you might be. Within 2 weeks you will receive: a detailed explanation of your element type; an Evaluation Report of your personal situation; recommendations for exercises and lifestyle; recipes suggestions and guidelines for planning your menu.
Consultations cover a wide variety of situations, like: digestion, weight, sleep disorder, menstruation, menopause, enhance lifestyle, general food guidelines.
